摘要
利用金红石型纳米TiO2优异的紫外线屏蔽性能,制备了金红石型纳米TiO2改性抗老化聚酯/TGIC粉末涂料,相比未改性配方和有机紫外吸收剂改性配方,涂膜柔韧性和抗冲击性能等物理机械性能得到显著提高,通过192h人工紫外加速老化后对比发现,纳米TiO2改性粉末涂料的抗紫外光老化性能得到大幅提高,光泽度保持率在50%以上,比未改性配方提高4倍。
Nano-rutile TiO2 modified polyester-TGIC powder coatings were prepared. Compared with the unmodified and organic ultraviolet absorbents the modified coatings with nano-rutile TiO2 could increase flexibility and the resistance to impact of powder coatings. The introduction of nano-rutile TiO2 to the powder coatings improves the cured film ultraviolet ray resistance distinctly. The gloss percent retension of powder coatings is more than 50 % which increases by four times compared with the unmodified one after 192 hours' exposure to the mercury-vapor lamp.
