汉防己甲素阻断平阳霉素所致肺间质纤维化的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 用国产平阳霉素(即博莱霉素A^5)气管内一次给药复制小白鼠肺间质纤维化模型,观察汉防己甲素对小鼠肺间质纤维化病理学发生发展的影响及超氧化物歧化酶[SOD]、血管紧张素转换酶[ACE]和羟脯氨酸[HyP]含量之变化,并与激素比较,结果表明:在本实验条件下,汉防己甲素对肺纤维化的形成及形成后的进一步发展均有不同程度的抑制作用。汉防己甲素和激素均可增加小鼠肺组织中SOD活力、降低肺组织中HyP含量及血清ACE含量。本实验还探讨了其可能的机制。 A model establishment of pulmonary fibrosis was causead by a single intratracheal injection 0.1mg pingyangmycinum in mice. The effect of tetrandrin, a herbal powder, 50mg/kg/time, on the pathological development of pulmonary fibrosis, and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), quantity of hydroxyproline (IIYP) in this mice model were investigated. We also contrast tetrandrin with cortisol which is the traditional 'antifibrosis agent. The result showed that tetrandrin may inhibit formation and development of pulmonary fibrosis in defference degree. On the other hand, tetrandrin and cortisol all may increase the activity of SOD of lung tissue and reduce the quantity of HYP of lung tissue, decrease the activity of serum ACE in mice. We also discussed the possible mechanism of tetrandrin in this paper.
