摘要
在公安高专国保专业素质教育中 ,我们应充分认识到高等教育的基本要求和普通大专生的身心发展规律 ,把国家对大专生的总体素质要求与公安工作的具体素质要求有机地结合起来。既不能与在职民警的短期培训相雷同 ,也不能全盘按照普通高校的那一套培养公安高专学校的学生 ,而应选择一条比较独特的路子 ,实现学历教育与培训教育的有机结合。为此 ,一方面要创造必要的条件 ,另一方面要用全新的思维选择切实可行的教育手段。
In the activities of quality education for National Safeguard Major in Public Security Colleges, we should fully realize that the basic requirements of college education and the ordinary college students’ mental and physical developing norms, helps to form an organic combination between the all-over requirements upon college students from the country and the concrete quality requirements from actual public security work. We should not, on one hand, pick up a way similar to that of short-term training for the police, and on the other hand, completely accept that set of methods that ordinary colleges are following to. We should select a relatively unique road to realize the organic combination between“Formal-schooling Education” and“Training Education”. Therefore, we should do our best to create necessary conditions and select practical education means with brand-new thoughts.
