摘要
刚出台的《行政许可法》充分肯定了信赖保护原则在行政许可中的运用。被许可人信赖利益予以保护的缘由、情形以及适用条件都是很重要的问题。对《行政许可法》中信赖保护原则的完善将有利于该原则在实践中的贯彻 ,从而更好地维护被许可人的合法权益。
The principle of protecting the trusted profits is affirmed in “Administrative Permission Law”which is enacted not long ago. The causes, conditions and applying qualifications forprotecting the trusted profits of the permitted people are very important. And the perfection of protecting the trusted profits in administrative permission law will be propitious to carry out this principle in practice and consequently protect the trusted profits of the people who are permitted.
