摘要
本文通过对絮凝剂带入生产流程中水进行认真的分析,认为降低絮凝剂带入的非生产用水是可行的,一是采用高效絮凝剂,减少絮凝剂用量,二是用二次洗液化絮凝剂,减少带入生产流程中的非生产水量。通过在实验室试验用二次洗液化絮凝剂的基础上,将其应用在生产实践中,取得了良好的效果,达到了节能降耗的目的。
On the basis of analysing coagulating agent entering process flow, this paper considered lower the coagulating agent entering that was feasible. The reason, first applied high efficiency coagulating agent, it was decreasing the agent quantity, second, applied secondary cleaning water solubilizing coagulating agent, decresing water quantity. Based on the test, good results were obtained.
