摘要
本文在阐述了信息资源的狭义特征的基础上 ,分析了高校图书馆信息资源建设的特点 ,提出了在高校图书馆信息资源建设方面的诸多对策与策略。
Based on the narrow characters of information sources,the passage analyses some characters on library information sources construction of university,and provides a good number of strategies and solutions.
