摘要
小杂粮是小宗粮豆作物的俗称,主要集中在西部干旱、半干旱地区。在世界小杂粮生产中占有重要地位。小杂粮由于独特的风味和营养保健功能,又重新被人们关注,同时,在国内外市场上具有较强的竞争力。因此,抓住这一有利时机,利用本地区得天独厚的小杂粮资源优势。大力发展小杂粮生产,实现特色农业产业化,必将有利于促进曲靖市农业和农村经济的发展,增加地方财税收入。
Small coarse cereals are the collective term of small grain and legume crops, which mainly distribute in drought and semi-drought area of the west China, and occupied important position in world coarse cereals production. Because of its unque flavor and nutritional function, coarse cereals now attract more and more attention, and have strong competitive power in the world market. Therefore, taking this favorable opporunity to accelerate the development and industrialization of coarse cereals by the utilization of unique advantages in variety resources in Qujing, will surely be favorable for the promotion of rural economy development and the increase of local finance income.
