水稻孕穗期耐冷性近等基因系的评价 被引量:8

摘要 2002年在昆明(海拔1916 m,孕穗期多雨、温度18-21℃)自然冷害条件下对孕穗期耐冷性NILs共13个株系群体及其亲本的15个表型性状,用Statistica软件进行聚类分析和SPSS软件进行LSR法显著性检验,结果表明:(1)只有与耐冷性密切相关的花药长及其体积、实粒数、秕粒数、结实率达到极显著差异,其余性状差异不显著;(2)十和田与13个耐冷性NILs差异主要是耐冷基因及其相关性状间差异引起的,即已培育出的耐冷性NILs与十和田的形态性状极为相似,但穗期耐冷性差异较大,揭示了这些NILs是孕穗期耐冷基因精细定位和分离克隆的理想群体。 Fifteen agronomic traits of Towada, donor parents and thirteen NILs of cold tolerance are clustered and tested with Statistica and SPSS software respectively under in cold damage circumstances (elevation 1 916 m, there are much rain at booting stage, average temperature at booting stage is 18-21℃) in 2002. It is showed that: (1) there is significant difference on traits related to cold tolerance (major ear seed setting rate and anther length, anther volume, full grains, blighted grain) between Towada and NILs, but no difference in other traits. (2) the major reason of difference between Towada and thirteen NILs of cold tolerance is given rise to the gene of cold tolerance at booting stage.It is showed that the main agronomic traits of Towada and NILs of cold tolerance are very similarity, but the cold tolerance at booting stage is very difference, it is revealed that these NILs are better population for fine mapping and cloning the gene of cold tolerance.
