摘要
为了严格保证带钢终轧温度,应在精轧机组间设置喷水冷却装置。通过离线模拟可以设计精轧道次的供水能力,同时了解冷却水量对终轧温度的影响。
It is necessary to setup water cooling system in finish rolling area to limit finished temperature of hot strip.In virtue of off-line simulation and calculation,not only the ability of accommodating water in each pass can be designed but also the relationship between quantity of water and finished temperature can be known.
