摘要
工笔画是水墨画得以产生的艺术基础,水墨画从工笔画中走来,它的艺术审美思想,理论基础,造型原则都出自工笔画,其艺术表现技法也是从工笔画基础上发展而出。如果离开了工笔画的理论支撑,水墨画将成为无骨之人,其本体是不能立足的。因而,工笔画与水墨画之间的审美联系自不待言。工笔画与水墨画的审美差异,总体来说是大同小异。大同的是审美思想和审美追求;不同的是艺术表现形式,其实二者的艺术审美精神还是统一的。
Ink and Wash painting evolves from Fine Brushwork painting, which serves as the source of the Ink and Wash painting in terms of expression techniques, theorctic basis and principles of modeling, as well as aesthetic approach. With this inborn correlation, the intimacy between their aesthetic standards is self-evident. As to the differences, they are largely found in the form of art-expression,while their aesthetic approach and standard are in inheritance. This inconsistency between their different presentation forms is only on a superficial level of art appreciation;the aesthetic standards of both are unified.
