摘要
目的 探讨综合重症监护病房 (ICU)复数菌感染病例的易感因素及感染病原菌。方法 回顾性调查 3年来综合 ICU患者复数菌感染的诱发因素及相关病原菌。结果 84 4例医院感染病例中 ,2 78例为复数菌感染(32 .94 % ) ;患者多为年龄偏大、住院时间较长 ,并伴有不同程度的基础疾病 ,加之抗生素、激素和免疫抑制剂的反复使用 ,侵袭性操作等因素均导致复数菌感染增多。结论 复数菌感染病情危重难以控制 ,治愈率低 ,应积极治疗基础疾病 ;根据药物敏感试验结果针对性合理用药 ;严格消毒隔离制度 ,以降低复数菌的感染率。
QBJECTIVE To explore factors and agents of multi-bacterial infection in integration intensive careunit.METHODS Factors and agents of multi-bacterial infection in integration intensive care unit of our hospital during the last 3 years were retrospectively investigated. RESULTS Among 844 nosocomial infection cases,278 were caused by multi-bacterial infection (32.94%). Aging,long-period hospitalizing,accompanying with some underlying diseases,substantive using of antibiotics,hormone and immunity-depressive agents,and invasive treatment were all risk factors of multi-bacterial infection. CONCLUSIONS Positive treatment of underlying disease should be considered since multi-bacterial infections were hard to control. Rational using of drugs according to drug sensitivity test and strict sterilization and isolation measures should be taken to decline infection chances of multi-bacterial infection.
