服务品牌是近年来市场营销界讨论的焦点。服务品牌是当代服务经济中消费者需求的必然,在比较有形产品品牌的基础上分析了服务品牌的特征。并讨论了服务品牌对服务消费者消费的影响。
Service's brand is one of hot topics discussed recently in marketing. The paper mainly analyzes the necessity of service's brand happening in the contemporary economy, the definition of service brand and the features of service's brand compared to good's brand. At last, the paper analyzes the effect of service's brand on service consumer's behaviors.
