摘要
介绍了运用超声技术制备纳米级固载杂多酸盐催化剂TiSiW12 O40 /TiO2 的新方法 ,并以此催化甲酸和异戊醇合成了甲酸异戊酯 ,探讨了诸因素对产率的影响。实验表明 ,新方法研制的TiSiW12 O40 /TiO2 具有良好的催化活性 ,合成反应的最优化条件为 :醇酸摩尔比为 1.5∶1,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的 2 .0 % ,反应时间 6 0min ,反应温度 97~ 99℃ ,酯收率可达 90 .6 %
The synthetic method of supported nanoscale heteropolyacid salt TiSiW 12O 40/TiO 2 by supersonic vibration was described, and synthesis of iso-amyl formate from formic acid and iso-amyl alcohol catalyzed by this catalyst, especially the factors influencing on the reaction yield were investigated. The results showed that TiSiW 12O 40/TiO 2 is an excellent catalyst,and the optimal reaction conditions were found as follows: molar ratio of iso-amyl alcohol to formic acid=1.5∶1,the amount of catalyst 2.0% by weight of total reactants, reaction temperature 9799 ℃, and reaction time 60 min. The yield of iso-amyl formate is 90.6%.
