摘要
目的 观察钬激光经尿道治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法 对 5例尿道内尖锐湿疣患者采用钬激光经尿道切除术 ,尿道镜检后用钬激光光纤对准疣体汽化切除。结果 手术时间 10～ 3 0min ,术中出血少 ,随访半年无复发。结论 钬激光经尿道治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣疗效好 ,痛苦小。
Objective To evaluate the method of transure thral resection by Holmium laser for condyloma acuminata in the urethra.Methods Transurethral resection by Holmium laser was unde rtaken for 5 cases of condyloma acuminata in the urethra.Transurethral resected the body of condyloma acuminata by Holmium laser after urethroscopy. Results The duration of the operation was 10-30 min.no re lapse has been observed during the 6 months follow-up.Conclusion Transurethral resection by Holmium laser was a n effective method for the treatment of condyloma acuminata in the urethra.
