摘要
介绍了高炉设备易损件的使用情况及其长寿化研究 ,通过研究成果的推广应用 ,提高了高炉炉顶装料设备、配料和上料系统设备的易损件使用寿命 ,与炉顶设备检修周期达到同步。
This paper introduced the service conditions of the easily worn parts of equipments in blast furnace and the research of their longevity.By means of the extension service of its research achievements,the service longevity of the easily worn parts of loading,burdening and baiting systems on the top of blast furnace was improved.It can be in step with the overhaul period of furnace top equipments and the achievement is outstanding.
