摘要
目的:探讨晶状体超声乳化术中后囊膜破裂的预防和措施。方法:对268例(298眼)施行白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术。术中24眼晶状体后囊膜破裂,对其发生的原因、预防及处理进行了分析和总结。结果:术中后囊膜破裂的发生率约为8%,其发生与切口不当、撕囊、超声乳化、注吸皮质等有关。结论:后囊膜破裂发生与超声乳化本身的损害因素、术者的操作技术及经验密切相关。
AIM: To study the prevention and measure of rupture of posterior capsule during phacoemulsification.· METHODS: Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were performed on 268 patients (298 eyes). Rupture of posterior capsule occured in 24 eyes during the operation. Its reason, prevention and treatment were analyzed.· RESULTS: The occurrence rate of rupture of posterior capsule was about 8%. The reason included improper incision, capsulorhexis, phacoemulsification, cortex removal, etc.· CONCLUSION: Rupture of posterior capsule is closely related to the damage of phacoemulsification itself as well as the experience and skill of operators.·
