Improved Synthesis of Arecoline

摘要 烟酸经酯化、N-甲基化后在乙醇中用硼氢化钠-乙酸体系进行还原,得到槟榔碱,总收率53.6%。 Arecoline was synthesized from nicotinic acid by esterification, N-methylation to form pyridinium saltfollowed by reduction with NaBH4/HOAc in an overall yield of 53.6%.
