摘要
在有限总体的抽样调查理论中,辅助信息的应用和轮换样本方法在经常性调查中占有重要的地位.本文将辅助信息的应用和轮换样本方法推广到了时变总体情形.对一个时变总体进行经常性调查时,利用前次查的结果,可以提高本次调查结果的精度,节省调查的费用.本文的结果可以直接应用于大规模的人口抽样调查,社会经济抽样调查等。
In sampling finite populations, it is important to use the auxiliary information and the replacement policy in repeated surveys. In this paper we generalized the use of auxiliary information and the succesive sampling method to time varying populations. In repeated sampling of a time varying population, the use of previous survey results can improve the present survey results or save the survey costs. The results in this paper can be directly used in human population or socio-economic surveys.
