摘要
采用简化的物理模型 ,分析了以电容为负载的PZT95 /5铁电陶瓷在冲击波加载下的电响应规律以及极化能的释放和转移特性 ,并运用爆炸平面冲击波垂直加载技术 ,对其在nF电容器下的输出特性进行了试验研究。
In this work, electrical equations are derived for the ideal response of PZT95/5 ferroelectric ceramics with capacitive load. It is assumed in analysis that charge is released completely and instantaneously at the shock front. Explosive shock-wave techniques have also been used to pulse charging capacitors from the shock de-polarization of PZT95/5 ferroelectric ceramics in experiments.
