曲美他嗪力改善稳定性冠心病患者内皮细胞功能的临床观察

摘要 目的 探讨曲美他嗪 (商品名万爽力 )对稳定性冠心病患者内皮细胞功能的影响。 方法  对 61例稳定性冠心病患者采用随机、单盲、对照的方法分为两组 ,一组为常规治疗组 ( n=3 0 ) ,另一组为万爽力组 ( n=3 1) ,连续治疗 8周。治疗前后静脉抽血 ,采用放射免疫法测定血浆中的肾上腺髓质素 ( ADM)及内皮素 -1( ET-1)的浓度。结果  万爽力组治疗后 ADM浓度明显上升 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,同时 ET-1浓度明显下降 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,且与常规治疗组比较有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of trimetazidine on the vascular endothelial function in stale coronary artery disease. METHODS 61 paients with stale coronary artery were divided into two groups by using a randomized, control and single blind method, trimetazidine group(n=31) and routine treatment group(n=30), with a reatment course of 8 weeks for both groups. The concentration of plasma endothelin(ET 1) and adrenomedulium(ADM)were measured by radioimmunoassay in 61 cases before and after the treatment. RESULTS Plasma ADM and Et 1 concentration in trimetazidine group were improved obviously. there was a singnificant difference between trimetazidine group and routine treatment group(P<0 05). CONCLUSION Trimetazidine can improve the vascular endothelial function of patients with stale coronary artery disease.
