摘要
目的 研究二甲基亚砜碱性溶液中时间对超氧阴离子自由基浓度的影响。方法 利用二甲基亚砜在碱性溶液中产生超氧阴离子自由基的反应 ,通过电子顺磁共振来测定该反应体系中 ,加入药物前后自由基浓度的变化 ,得到药物在体外清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力。 结果 随着反应时间的延长 ,二甲基亚砜碱性溶液中超氧阴离子自由基浓度逐渐增大 ,表现为电子顺磁共振谱线强度增强。结论 应测定即时超氧阴离子自由基浓度 ,以其为基准 ,并测定同一时间加入药物后超氧阴离子自由基的浓度。用加入药物前、后自由基浓度变化比 。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of the reaction time to the concentration of superoxide anion radical(O 2 -)produced in the alkaline dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)solution.METHODS The reaction of O 2 - was measured by electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)to determine the change of the O 2 - concentration before and after adding the drug to obtain the scavenging ability of the drug in vitro.RESULTS The O 2 - concentration increased by the reaction time enhances the intensity of the EPR signal.CONCLUSION To determine the O 2 - concentration immediately and in the same time after adding the drug.The scavenging ability of the drug was obtainded by the ration of the O 2 - concentration changes before and after the drug.
