摘要
目的 :探讨多间隙腰椎间盘突出症的CT表现特征。方法 :回顾CT确诊的 12 1例 ,2 5 9个多间隙腰椎间盘突出的CT表现 ,按年龄、合并突出的椎间盘、突出的间隙、程度和类型分别分组。结果 :①以L4 5合并L5 S1突出最常见 ,85例 ( 70 .2 5 % ) ,其次为L3 4和L4 5,14例 ( 11.5 7% )。②轻、中度突出为主 ,194( 74.90 % ) ;而重度和极重度突出主要见于L4 5和L5 S1,63 / 65 ( 96.92 % )。③特殊类型腰椎间盘突出在上部腰椎间隙较多见 ,本组L2 3 和L3 4占 45 .83 %( 11/ 2 4)。结论 :多间隙腰椎间盘突出症的CT表现具有一定特征。
Objective:To investigate CT characteristics of multi level lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LDH).Methods:259 LDH of 121 patients were reviewed and divided into different groups according to age,combination of LDH levels and the level,degree and types of LDH.Results:①The most frequent combination was LDH at L 4 5 and L 5/S 1 (85 cases,70.25%),and the next frequent was at L 3 4 and L 4 5 (14 cases,11.57%);②The mild and moderate LDHs were found most frequently (194 cases,74.9%), and the severe and much severe LDHs were mostly found at L 4 5 and L 5/S 1 level in 63/65 (96.92%);③Special types of LDH occurred mostly at L 2 3 and L 3 4 level in 11/24 (45.83%).Conclusion:There are some characteristics of multi level LDH demonstrated by CT scans.It is necessary to make adequate planning of CT scanning according to the clinical manifestations of the patient with LDH.
