摘要
目的 :探讨对比剂静脉注射后经肺循环在动脉中的时间状态与增强过程 ,为临床选择注射方法、确定扫描时间提供依据。方法 :结合使用螺旋CT和电子束CT检测增强扫描患者 5 0例 ,其中螺旋CT扫描 19例 ,电子束CT扫描 3 1例 ,年龄 2 3~ 73岁 ,平均 ( 4 0 .8± 10 .9)岁。根据年龄体重 ,注射剂量为 3 0~ 40ml;注射流率为 5~ 8ml/s。计算对比剂注射时限 (IT) ,并根据扫描曲线记录主动脉区对比剂开始时间 (SP)、上升时间 (AT)、上升CT值 (A HU)、峰值时间 (PP)、峰值CT值(P HU) ,所得数据进行统计处理。结果 :平均IT约为 5 .0 2s ,SP 9.0 6s ,AT 5 .84s ,A HU 183 .7HU ,PP 14 .97s ,P HU 2 3 5 .3HU。AT、PP与IT呈正相关。结论 :对比剂静注后在体内呈现r 曲线的动态变化 ,对比剂静注的时间 ,大致相当于r 曲线上升的时间 ;对比剂静注的时间愈长 。
Objective:To investigate the process of contrast enhancement with a factor of time for clinical reference of an adequate method and scanning period after intravenous injection of contrast medium.Methods:A total of 50 cases with enhanced scans were studied,including 31 cases with EBCT scans and 19 cases with spiral CT scans respectively.The age of these examinee were 21~73 years old (an average of 40.8±10.9).The dosage of contrast medium was 30~40ml at an injection rate of 5~8ml/s depending on person′s body weight.The characteristic measurements according to enhancement curve of the aorta were recorded as following parameters:injecting time (IT),starting point of ascending (SP),ascending time (AT),ascending Hounsfield units (A HU),peak point time (PP) and peak Hounsfield units (P HU).Results:The average IT was about 5s,SP 9s,AT 5.84s,A HU 183.7,PP 14.97 and P HU 235.3.Conclusion:The process of contrast enhancement in vivo varies as the shape of r curve.The ascending time (AT) of the curve is positively proportional to the injection time (IT),and the peak point time (PP) of the curve appeares roughly later if the injection time is longer.
