摘要
从理论上分析了拉丝模在镶装过程中影响模套与模芯过盈量的因素、影响模套内孔膨胀量的因素、影响模套氧化烧损量的因素。根据有关理论分析 ,提出了一套镶制模具的工艺方法 :模套材质为 4 0~ 4 5钢时 ,加热温度在 (6 80± 2 0 )℃最为理想 ,模套内孔可获得最大的热膨胀量 ;加热温度在 10 0 0℃时 ,可有效缩短加热时间、减少氧化烧损、提高生产效率 ;在加热模套时 ,可放入少量颗粒木炭 ,通过木炭的燃烧消耗氧气达到减少氧化烧损的目的。
To analyze theoretically effect factors of magnitude of interference between die sleeve and die core, swell increment of die hole, and oxidation burning loss ratio of die sleeve during inserting wire drawing die. According to analysis in theory, a set of processes of inserting wire drawing die are put forward. Maximum swell increment of die hole is obtained when material of die sleeve is Steel 40 or 45 and temperature is (680±20)℃. Heating time is shortened, oxidation burning loss is reduced, and production efficiency is raised when temperature is 1 000 ℃. As heating die sleeve , a few grain charcoal is added and oxygen is consumed by charcoal burning so that oxidation burning loss is reduced.
