摘要
介绍了供电企业短信中心的设计思想,提出了短信中心的工作模式、服务功能和通信机制。利用CMPP协议和SGIP协议分别实现了西安供电公司与移动公司及联通公司之间的短信通信。认为短信中心是客户服务系统的重要组成部分,是一种新型的、采用短信息进行个性化和主动服务的信息平台。
This paper presents the design concept of an electric power supply company's short message center (SMC) and its work mode, service functions and communication mechanism. The SM communication between Xi' an Electric Power Supply Company, China Mobile Company, and China Unicom Company is realized by using CMPP and SGIP, respectively. It is believed that SMC, as an important component of the customer service system, is a new-type information platform that renders individual and active service efficiently by sending SMs.
