摘要
企业集聚是当今经济发展的一种普遍现象 ,并正在成为区域经济发展的主流 ,中小企业集聚形成的原因是现有文献探讨的主题之一。文章在对中外学者所进行的研究进行回顾的基础上 ,从外部性、制度因素两个方面考察了企业集聚的形成原因。
Enterprise Clusters is the common phenomenon and the main trend in regional economic development.The cause of development of this phenomenon is becoming one of the main point of many documents at present.This paper discusses the cause of development of enterprise clusters from the externalism and institutions on the base of those studies which many Chinese and foreign scholars have made.
