以对甲苯酚作原料 ,经过溴化 ,CuI催化合成 2 ,6 二甲氧基 4甲基苯酚 ,再通过相转移反应合成 3,4 ,5 三甲氧基甲苯 ,最后用质量分数 30 %H2 O2 氧化得到较高收率的 2 ,3 二甲氧基 5 甲基 1 ,4
dimethoxy 4 methylphenol was obtained through the bromonation of p Cresol and the methoxylation in presence of CuI, which was methylated to give 3,4,5 trimethoxytoluene with the catalysis of PTC. The oxygenation of the 3,4,5 trimethoxytoluenecan was achieved easily with a high yield when H 2O 2/CH 3COOH was used as the oxidant.
