摘要
昆虫取食不同的寄主植物后 ,会对杀虫药剂产生不同程度的抗性。这主要是由于寄主体内的次生物质和植物营养对昆虫有不同程度的影响 ,次生物质会对解毒酶系产生诱导作用 ,这种诱导作用会使解毒酶降解杀虫药剂 ,植物营养会影响昆虫的生长发育状况。
When insects were fed with different host plants, their resistance to insecticides would be at different levels. These effects to insects were caused by the allelochemicals and nutrients of host plants. The detoxifying enzymes in the insects which were activated by allelochemicals in the host plants, would metabolize the insecticides used for insect pest control. The plant nutrients can influence the development of insects, thus change insect susceptibility to insecticides. Therefore, it is important to the relationship of host plants and insect resistance to insecticides in the integrated pest management.
