摘要
众所周知,透明石英玻璃具有优良的光学、电学、热学性能,它作为一种新型的特种光源的基础材料而获得广泛应用。用石英玻璃制成的高压汞灯、长弧氙灯、溴钨灯、汽车灯、碘化铊灯、红外线灯、紫外线杀菌灯等。具有光效高、寿命长、强度高等特点,因而在照明、化工、纺织、医疗、卫生防疫、科研等部门得到广泛应用。 由于石英玻璃是透过红外、紫外和可见光均极为优良的材料,当其应用于制作紫外光源的灯管或泡壳,这些光源燃点时,所产生的180~200nm短波紫外线透过灯管或泡壳。
This paper desceibes experience of producing electromelted quartz glass tube for making nonozone light with cut-off wavelength 200~300um.Having doped with Ce-Ti the optical properties,thermal shock resistance and other physical and chemical properties of this quartz glass tube can meet all the requirements for making non-ozone light.Service of these light made by doped quartz glass tubes in various fields shows that the optical properties,ozone amount around the lights and disinfectant effect conform to their respective specification.
