摘要
本文以玻纤/环氧层合板为研究对象,证明了准静态球面弯曲与落重冲击试验的损伤机理的一致性;用球面弯曲试验测试了损伤区的扩展演化过程,并通过力学方法直接测出了起始分层损伤的能量门槛值;还通过加载卸载前后损伤区的扩展及能量变化测出分层损伤扩展阻力,(即单位分层面积耗散的能量)。为确切表征复合材料抗冲击损伤特性提供了一条新的途径。
Based on the glass fibre/epoxy laminates, the agreement between the quasi-static state spherical bending and drop hammer experiments was pro-ved;the spreading process of damage area was measured with spherical bending experiment;the energy threshold of initial delamination damage was directly ob-tained by mechanics method;the delamination damage spreading resistance was de-termined from loading to unloading;which provided a new method to express the impact damage feature of composites.
