摘要
目的 对维吾尔、哈萨克等民族民间常用药物香阿魏Ferulaferulaeoidis的化学成分进行分析。方法 采用气相色谱—质谱联用法经计算机检索及核对质谱资料进行鉴定 ,用面积归—化法计算各峰的相对含量。结果 从挥发油中分离出 5 0个组分 ,鉴定了其中 36种成分 ,占挥发油总量的 91 4 %。结论 主要成分为α -愈创木醇、α-松油醇和乙酸龙脑酯等 ,不含多硫化物 (polysulfide)。
Objective:To study chemical compositions of Xiangawei(resin of Ferula ferulaeoides which is indigenous to xinjiang). Method: The compositions were isolated by using GC-MS/DS analysis on SE-54 column and their structures elucidated through check the MS date. Result: 50 compounds were isolated, among them 36 compounds of essential oil from Xiangawei were determined, and the total content of which in the essential oil was to be 91.4%. Conclusion: The major compositions are α-Guaiol(27.00%),α-Terpineol(21.05%), Bornyl acetate(13.11%) and Limonene(5.75%).
