摘要
建立了同时检测蔬菜中 15种有机磷农药、5种拟除虫菊酯农药、4种除草剂、1种有机氯农药和 1种杀菌剂农药的多残留分析方法。对样品的提取、净化以及检测的色谱条件进行了筛选和优化。当添加浓度在0 .1~ 1.0mg/kg时 ,各种农药的回收率为 70 %~ 110 % ,相对标准偏差小于 2 0 % ,最小检测浓度在 0 .0 0 5~ 0 .0 2mg/kg。方法适合各种蔬菜农药残留量的分析。
A multi-residue analysis method was developed, which could simultaneously test residues of 15 organophosphorous insecticides, 5 pyrethroid insecticides,4 herbicides,a organochlorine insecticide and a fungicide in vegetables. Through the selection and optimization of sample extraction, clean-up and chromatographic condition of detection, the recovery ratios of the tested pesticides ranged from 70% to 110% when the added concentration was between 0.1~1.0 mg/kg, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 20.0%, and the minimum detection concentration was between 0.005~0.02 mg/kg. The method could be used to analyse pesticide residues in different vegetables.
