摘要
设置8种不同的培养基进行七子花花粉萌发的研究。结果表明,不同培养基中七子花的花粉萌发率、花粉管破损率和花粉净萌发率有较大的差异。硼酸对七子花花粉萌发有明显的促进作用,但也会增加花粉管的破损率。以0.5mg/L 2,4-D、10%蔗糖、0.5%琼脂作为培养基,七子花花粉萌发率最高,达84.90%;以10mg/L H3BO3、0.5 mg/LNAA、10%蔗糖、0.5%琼脂作为培养基,七子花花粉的净萌发率最高,达53.25%。硼酸与NAA或Ca ( NO3)2配合使用,有利于七子花的花粉萌发和花粉管的发育。
different kinds of culture mediums were prepared for studying pollen germination of Heptacodium miconioides. The results showed that pollen germination rate, pollen tube bursting rate and net pollen germination rate had difference in the various culture mediums. Boric acid could increase the pollen germination rate, but also the pollen tube bursting rate. Pollen germination rate reached up to 84.90% in 0.5mg/L 2,4-D, 10% sucrose, 0.5% agar. Net pollen germination rate reached 53.25% in 10% boric acid, 0.5mg/L NAA, 10% sucrose, 0.5% agar. The combination of boric acid with NAA or Ca(NO3)2 could promote the development of pollen germination and pollen tube of H. miconioides.
