摘要
数字文化建设是当前数字图书馆建设中的一个重要方面。文章论述了数字文化的定义、特征以及数字文化建设的重要意义和目标,同时提出了高校图书馆数字文化建设的措施。
The construction of digital culture is an important content of the construction of digital library.This article discusses the definition and character of digital culture.Meanwhile,it puts forwards the measure of the construction of digital culture of college library.
