摘要
针对目前我国企业家队伍的整体水平与社会发展的实际要求之间存在的差距,提出了企业家的素质应包括许多方面,最主要的是要具有完整的主体人格、自信心、创造性思维、创业意识以及良好的心理品质、承担风险的意愿和成就感。
In the light of the differences between the whole level of our count ry's enterpriser ranks and the real requirements of social development at presen t, this paper points out that the qualities of enterprisers should contain many aspects, the main contents are complete personality, self-confidence, creative thought, pioneering consciousness, excellent psychological characters, and wish and achievement sense of bearing risks.
