分析和总结了过刊信息资源的特点和作用,提出了开发利用过刊信息资源的途径与方法,即在更新服务理念的基础上,提供专题信息服务和信息数据库服务。
This paper analyzes on and sums up the features and functions of the information resources of antiquated periodicals, and puts forward some channels and methods for developing and utilizing the information resources of antiquat ed periodicals, that is to provide special information service and information d atabase service based on renewing the service conception.
