摘要
网络环境下图书馆的信息服务呈多元化的特点,对馆员的各方面素质提出了全新的要求。针对目前图书馆人才现状,提出了注重自身人才培养,充分发挥现有馆员潜能的建议。
The information service of the library in network environment, which presents the feature of multielement, puts forward some totally new requirement s for librarians' quality of all aspects. In the light of the present situation of the talents of library, this paper advances some suggestions of paying great attention to library's self-training of talents and giving full play to existin g librarians' proficiency.
