摘要
从日本开始对华直接投资以来,两国在这一领域的合作就不断加强。进入新世纪后,中国经济实力的增强以及入世后明朗的发展前景,对日本新一轮对华直接投资产生了很大的吸引力。通过分析20世纪日本对华直接投资的产业分布特征以及新世纪日本对华直接投资的产业转移趋势后,提出了优化日本对华投资产业结构的对策,旨在吸引更多的日资,使其在中国经济增长和产业结构升级中发挥更大作用。
Since Japan began to invest in China, the cooperation between the two countries have been reinforced and intensified. In the new century, the everincreasing strength of the Chinese economy and its bright prospect for development after China′s entry into WTO are attracting more and more Japanese direct investment. This paper is an analysis of the industrial distributional characteristics of Japan′s direct investment in China during the 20^(th) century and the industrial transfer trend in the new century, and a discussion of the measures we should take to optimize the industrial structure of Japan′s investment in China in order to attract more investment from Japan, thus enhancing its role in China′s economic growth and upgrading its industrial structure.
