摘要
目的 探讨LMP1,cyclinD1和Bcl-2在鼻咽癌中的表达及临床意义 ,并分析其表达间的相关性。方法 用免疫组化SP法分别检测LMP1,cyclinD1和Bcl-2在 60例鼻咽癌组织中的表达。结果 ⑴LMP1,cyclinD1和Bcl -2在鼻咽癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为 65 %( 3 9/60 )、60 %( 3 6/60 )和 65 %( 3 9/60 ) ;⑵LMP1,cyclinD1和Bcl-2阳性和阴性病例的平均生存期、五年生存率和中位生存期存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;⑶鼻咽癌组织中CyclinD1和Bcl -2的表达一致率为 68 3 3 %( 4 1/60 ) ,存在显著相关性 (r =0 3 99,P <0 0 1) ,LMP1与Bcl -2 ,LMP1与CyclinD1间无显著相关。⑷LMP1、CyclinD1阳性表达在鼻咽癌不同临床时期 (Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ )存在显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 LMP1可能独立地预测鼻咽癌预后而cyclinD1。
Objective To investigate LMP1,CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) and its clinical significance,and analyze their relation. Methods LMP1,CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 expression was assayed respectively in 60 NPC tissues by immunohistochemical method. Results ⑴The positive expression rates of LMP1,CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 in NPC were 65%(39/60), 60%(36/60)and 65%(39/60) respetively; ⑵The mean survival period, the five-year survival rate and median survival period in the NPC patients with LMP1, cyclinD1 and Bcl-2 positive expression were significantly shorter than those in the NPC patients with LMP1, cyclinD1 and Bcl-2 negative expression (P<0 05); ⑶the co-expression rate of CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 was 68 33%(41/60) with significant correlation (γ=0 399,P<0 01), and there was not significant expression relationship between LMP1 and CyclinD1, and between LMP1 and Bcl-2; ⑷There was significant difference in LMP1, CyclinD1 expression among stages Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ of NPC(P<0 05). Conclusion LMP1 expression may be an independent prognostic marker in NPC, and the expression of CyclinD1 and Bcl-2 may be helpful in evaluating NPC prognosis.
