摘要
对苏州百家工业改制企业的调研表明 ,改制后企业以股份制形式为主 ,经营者素质与公司治理结构、技术进步有明显对应关系 ,技术创新成为企业发展的主要方式 ,多数企业加大技术创新投入 ,经济效益明显高于非改制企业。但企业在技术创新的规划以及与技术人员的沟通等方面还有待改进。
After an investigation on a hundred industrial enterprises with their system transformed in Shuzhou, this paper has found out the following fact: the enterprises are mainly of joint stock, the quality of the managers is in accord with governing structure of the company, technological progress has string according relation, technology innovation has become the main form of their development, most enterprises increase their invest in technology innovation, economic effect is obviously higher than those not transformed. Yet there are still some problems in planning the technology innovation and interaction among the technicians.
