摘要
该文借助扫描电子显微镜首次对沙棘材的显微构造进行了详细的观察和分析 ,着重应用定量解剖学和显微图像分析技术 ,研究了沙棘材的解剖特征及沿径向的变异规律 ,并参照国家标准对沙棘材的物理力学性质进行了测定 .研究结果表明 :沙棘材结构简单 ,纤维形态较好 ,平均纤维长度为 6 0 1 4 8μm ,纤维长宽比为 4 4 9,纤维比量为74 80 % ;气干密度为 0 5 74g cm3,属中等密度 ;体积干缩系数小 ;弦径向干缩比为 2 4 1 ,属大级 ;横纹 (全部 )抗压强度较大 ,径向为 9 2MPa ,弦向为 6 0MPa .综合来看 。
The microscopic structure of Hippophae rhamnoides L. was observed and analyzed by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) for the first time. Some approaches of quantitative anatomy, micrological image analysis were used to explore the anatomical properties and radial variation regulation of Hippophae rhamnoides L. Physico-mechamcal properties (density, shrinkage ratio, compression (entire) strength perpendicular to grain) were measured by referring to testing methods for physico-mechanical properties of wood. The results show that the structure of Hippophae rhamnoides L. is simple and its fiber shape is good. The mean of fiber length, ratio of fiber length to width and ratio of fiber is 601.48 μm, 44.9 and 74.80%, respectively. Air-dried density of 0.574 g/cm3 is medium. Volumetric shrinkage coefficient is small and shrinkage ratio of tangential to radial is 2.41, belonging to large level. Radial compression (entire) strength perpendicular to grain is 9.2 MPa and tangential one is 6.0 MPa. In a word, Hippophae rhamnoides L. wood is a kind of good material for paper-making as well as for panel production.
