摘要
教学质量是衡量大学办学水平的重要标志，是大学的生命线。对网络教育学院而言，教育质量同样是生存之本。影响网络教育质量的因素有很多，但网络课程无疑是其中非常重要的因素。这就不难理解，网络课程的优劣往往也成为各网院竞争力和品牌号召力的“试金石”。从长远发展看，哪个网院的资源建设搞得好，网络课程受好评。
The development of web-based course in our country has experienced three stages: first is the present of classic face-to-face learning through web method i.e. courseware; second is personal, interactive multiple web-based course; third is the integration of educational resources and information technology and the construction of web learning surrounding. The On-line Education College of Renmin University offers a new service after half a year of development---Law Channel which marks the coming of 3G era of web-based course. Subject channel is divided according to subject standard and is a professional web application platform for teacher and students to get educational resources. It is also a website in small scale which breaks the limit between subjects and holds great number of educational resources for students to get in broader and deeper extent.
