摘要
提出了一族正反激双向DC-DC变换器。它采用正激和反激组合的形式,在变换器的一侧绕组串联,另一侧并联。这种结构的双向变换拓扑解决了电流型一电压型组合式拓扑的开关管电压尖峰问题和启动问题。正激和反激组合式的拓扑,减小了反激变压器传递的功率,而使一部分功率以正激形式传递,为其在较大功率场合的应用提供了拓扑基础。文章以有源箝位正反激双向变换器为例,详细分析了其工作原理,着重分析了开关时序问题和软开关实现问题,并推导了其稳态工作基本关系。通过构建试验样机平台,证明正反激双向DC-DC变换器理论分析的正确性。最后,给出了一族基于正反激原理的双向DC—DC变换器。
A family of bi-directional forward-flyback hybrid bi-directional DC-DC converters topologies are proposed in the paper. The forward-flyback bi-directional converter is composed of the forward converter and the flyback converter; The windings of the forward and the flyback converter are in series on one side and parallel on the other side. The proposed bi-directional converter has no high voltage spike problem and start-up problem, which are inherent in current-fed and voltage-fed hybrid type bi-directional converters. It is easy to realize soft switching by proper control and design. The built-in flyback converter acts as the filter inductor, so the current ripple is small. Furthermore, the hybrid structure of forward converter and flyback converter makes it suitable for high power situation, the steady state operation principles are analyzed in detail. The experimental results verify the analysis. Based on the principles of active clamp forward-flyback BDC, a family of bi-directional DC-DC converter is proposed.
