摘要
同源四倍体水稻原种(2n=4x=48)是通过加倍二倍体水稻品种(2n=2x=24)的染色体数创造的。自1979年对四倍体水稻原种(4x)和相应的二倍体水稻品种(2x)进行了对比,结果发现,四倍体水稻原种的许多农艺性状发生了变化。它们的每株穗数、每穗粒数和结实率大幅度减少,而千粒重增加很多。四倍体水稻原种的株高降低、茎秆变粗,比较抗倒伏。四倍体水稻原种的营养品质变得更好。它们的蛋白质含量和氨基酸总量一般较高,而直链淀粉含量较低,与相应的二倍体水稻品种相比更有营养,适口性更好。
Autotetraploid rice original variety (2n=4x=48) were created by doubling thechromosome number of diploid rice variety (2n=2x=24).Pooling together thedata from comparing the 4x original varieties with their corresponding 2x varietiessince 1979,it was found,that tetraploidy could cause variation of manyagronomic traits.The number of panicles per plant,the number of grains perpanicle and fertility greatly reduced,whereas the thousand grain weight greatly in-creased.The plant height of the 4x original varieties was shorter than their corre-sponding 2x varieties;the stems thicker,making them more resistant to lodging.The quality traits of 4x original varieties changed also for the better.They usuallyhave higher protein content,higher TAA content,and lower amylose contentthan their corresponding 2x varieties,making them more nutritive andpalatable.
