摘要
死刑的存废是目前国内外争论的一个热门话题,本文通过对死刑保留论的介绍,从死刑废弃论的立场对死刑保留论进行了反驳,阐明废除死刑将是人权制度完善的目标,也是文明发展、社会进步的必然。
Whether death penalty should be retained or abolished is a hot issue at home and abroad at present. Through the presentation of the two opposite opinions, this article elaborates the view that the abolishment of death penalty will be the aim of the perfection of human rights system. It meets the necessity of the development of social civilization and progress.
