摘要
目的 观察旋覆代赭汤及其拆方对大鼠离体食管肌条收缩活动的影响 ,以探讨旋覆代赭汤的配伍机制。方法 取大鼠食管 ,制成食管肌条 ,描记旋覆代赭汤及其拆方各组给药前后各 3min大鼠离体食管肌条的收缩曲线。结果 辛开组对食管肌条收缩活动呈抑制倾向 ,能明显减慢其收缩频率 ,甘补组、降逆甘补组能明显减小食管肌条的收缩幅度 ;降逆组、辛开降逆组、全方组能明显增大食管肌条的收缩幅度 ;辛开降逆组、辛开甘补组、全方组能明显加快其收缩频率。结论 拆方各组中 ,部分药组之间呈协同作用趋势 ,而部分药组之间则呈制约趋势 ,只有辛开降逆组、全方组能明显增大食管肌条的收缩幅度和加快其收缩频率。
Objective It is to observe the effect of flos inulae and ochra decoction and its compatible application on the contraction activity of rat removed-body esophageal muscle strip and then to discuss the compatibility mechanism of flos inulae and ochra decoction.Methods The oesophagus of rat was got and its muscle was made into strips. Then the contraction curve of the muscle strips before and after the decoction given three minutes was described and wrote down.Results The contraction activity of esophageal muscle strip in pungent-dispersing group had restraining tendency. Pungent-dispersing group could obviously slower the contraction frequency. Sweet-nourishing group and falling-down and sweet-nourishing group could obviously minished the contraction amplitude of esophageal muscle strip. Falling-down group, pungent-dispersing and falling-down group and the whole recipe group could obviously augment the contraction amplitude of esophageal muscle strip. Pungent-dispersing and falling-down group, pungent-dispersing and sweet-nourishing group and the whole recipe group could obviously quicken the contraction frequency.Conclusion Some groups of flos inulae and ochra decoction have synergism tendency while some have antagonism tendency. Only the pungent-dispersing and falling-down group and the whole recipe group can obviously augment the contraction amplitude of esophageal muscle strip and quicken the contraction frequency.
