摘要
依据丰富的管理经验 ,从项目经理责任制、项目成本核算制、项目经营风险和施工风险等五个方面对项目管理进行了深入的探讨 。
Based upon abundant management experiences in this paper from five aspects: manager responsible system, accounting system of project cost, business risk, construction risk and so on further discussion is made for project management; in addition some necessary and sufficient conditions are summarized for successful management of project.
