摘要
目前,如何完善公共债务管理与促进政府债券市场发展已成为世界各国普遍关注的问题。该文对欧盟成员国政府债券购回操作的目标、方式及衡量标准、清算等具体细节问题进行初步探讨,以期为我国的国债管理提供借鉴。
How to improve government debt management and promote development of the T-bond market is presently a global concern. This paper reviews the objectives, patterns, evaluation standards and settlement of the EUT-bond buyback operation, hoping to serve as a reference for China's T-bond management.
