摘要女儿患感冒，母亲带她看全科医生。母亲主要是希望能得到医生的确定：感染能够自行痊愈，除非不得已，不要用抗生素类的药。而大夫却认定她来看病肯定是希望开个药方，于是开了青霉素。母亲感到医生开了处方说明感染挺严重，于是把原来的想法憋着没说出来。事后，医生承认他从母亲的表情看出。
