摘要
笔者就图书馆特色化建设中产生的双重效益 ,以投入产出、信息增值的观点阐述了各类型图书馆建立特色馆藏、特色服务的内容以及建立特色数据库的重要性。
On the view of input and output, information value-added, this paper sets forth the double-benefits in the library special construction, and the contents of special collections and special services in all kinds of libraries, and the importance of special database constructing.
